PVC/PUR, Flexible Control Cable

Application

These control cables are installed for power supply for three-phase motors. The 7-conductor cables are used for star-delta circuits. They are particularly suitable for use in mechanical systems, apparatus engineering, on production lines and in assembly equipment. These cables are suitable for flexible and fixed installation subjected to medium mechanical stress in dry, moist and wet areas.

Gamme de température: flexing -5°C to +80°C, fixed installation -40°C to +80°C

Minimum bending radius: flexing 7,5 x cable Ø, fixed installation 4 x cable Ø

Propriétés

PVC Flexible control cable : Special PVC jacket, largely oil resistant, self-extinguishing and flame retardant, testmethod B acc. to VDE 0472 part 804 and IEC 60332-1, chemical resistance.

PUR Flexible control cable :PUR outer jacket, low adhesion, abrasion resistant, halogen-free, resistant to UV, oil,hydrolysis and microbial attack; Very high abrasion and notch resistant properties; Due to its high resistance to mineral oils and especially to coolant emulsions, it is suited for use in particularly critical areas.
